岗位职责：

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver application and solution on request

- Day-to-day administration of in-house management systems (CRM - Salesforce, ERP etc.)

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identify problem quickly, and assure continuing availability of IT service

- Develop and maintain IT-related documentation for operations, services and solutions

- Ensure IT project implementation and IT maintenance compliant with organization's policies and IT standard processes

- Coordinate with other teams and vendors effectively

- Bachelor degree with 1+ years related experience

- Good English languages skills

- Skills in schedule management, cost management, risk management

- Strong team work spirit

Technical background required

- Programming skills

Java, c#, JavaScript, Python, PHP

AngularJs, NodeJs

Applicants need to be familiar with at least 2 of the above languages or frameworks.

- Database

MSSQL, MySQL

Applicants need to be proficient in complex SQL queries.

- Web

HTML5, CSS, jQuery plugins (Instalation and use)

- Documentation skills

Professional Project documentation and Software documents writing ability

Applicants need to be meticulous at IT related documents writing and archiving.
