岗位职责：

Reports to : Chief Operating Officer

The Finance Director is accountable for the financial, governance, risk management and management reporting function of BE. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring financial strategy, process and control systems; providing useful, timely and accurate financial reports and advice to management.

Planning

1     Assist in formulating BE’s corporate and business strategies

2     Develop and implement financial and tax strategies

3     Manage capital request and budgeting processes

4     Develop performance and incentive measures

Operations

1     Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team

2     Implement financial governance process and system

3     Support acquisition, due diligence and capital market initiatives

Financial Information

1     Oversee regulatory reporting and issuance of financial information

2     Report and analyze financial results for board and management

Risk Management

1     Implement internal control and audit system

2     Ensure that BE complies with all regulatory requirements

3     Ensure that record keeping meets requirements of auditors and regulators

4     Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations

Funding

1     Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts

2     Arrange for debt and equity financing

3     Invest excess funds

4     Maintain banking relationships

5     Support management on investor relations

任职要求：

1     8+ years financial management experience and 2+ years of people management experience

2     Bachelor degree in finance, business or related fields

3     MBA, CPA or other relevant post graduate/professional qualification, corporate finance experience will be an advantage

4     Experience in partnering with executive team and investment community

5     Analytical with a strategic mindset

6     Strong leadership and collaboration skills

7     Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
